Is there a free plan?
Yes! ClientCue offers a forever-free plan that includes up to 10 appointments per month, 50 customers, email reminders, and a basic calendar. It's perfect for getting started or testing the platform. No credit card required to sign up.
How do automatic reminders work?
When you create an appointment, ClientCue automatically schedules reminders to be sent to your customers via email (all plans) or SMS (paid plans). You can customize when reminders are sent—typically 24 hours before, 1 hour before, or both. This dramatically reduces no-shows and keeps your schedule full.
Can I accept payments through ClientCue?
Yes! Solo plan and above includes integrated payment processing through Stripe. You can charge customers, send invoices, and track all payments directly within the platform. Payment data is encrypted and secure, meeting industry standards for financial transactions.
What's the difference between plans?
Our plans scale with your business needs. The Free plan is great for solo practitioners just starting out. Solo ($9/mo) adds SMS reminders and payment processing. Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Absolutely! There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. If you cancel, you'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Is my data secure?
